These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Exclusive Experience Club's Website.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “Guest”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Portugal. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
We reserve the right to refuse or to accept bookings in our absolute discretion. Please inform us immediately if there are any discrepancies in the costs or details of your booking.
If you are obliged to cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible. Check our cancellation policy refund of deposits for cancellations:
If the guest cancels more than two months before the arrival date, a 50% refund will be granted.
If the guest cancels less than two months before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave earlier than scheduled, in a case of a no-show or cancels the booking after the arrival date, full payment is required.
The guest fell ill and cannot undertake the journey
In the event of a disease (whether it is Coronavirus or another disease), the contractually agreed cancellation conditions apply. According to these conditions, the guest is always required to pay for his/her stay. If the guest has purchased travel insurance, they can cover the costs.
The guest does not wish to come because he is afraid of being contaminated
The normal cancellation conditions also apply in this case. In other words, the guest is required to pay compensation, if applicable.
As a hotel establishment, can I refuse a guest who comes for example from a country with a high contamination rate?
In the current situation, Exclusive Experience Club must honor their contract and welcome the guest.
Authorities places Exclusive Experience Club in quarantine. Guests cannot leave the hotel. Who pays for the extended stay and meals?
In our view, the guest concerned is responsible for the costs of accommodation and meals. We recommend that you be as flexible as possible regarding costs.
Please refer to our normal cancellation policy when necessary.

Alterations are only possible if informed 30 days prior to arrival.
Once the deposit has been received by Exclusive Experience Club, any booking alteration to shorten the stay will be charged a penalty fee of EUR 150 + 3% transaction fee.
Once the full payment has been received by Exclusive Experience Club, no reimbursement will be made if the guest decides to leave earlier than the date of departure or if the guest comes later than the date of arrival.
Exclusive Experience Club accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to persons or property during their stay. In case of damage or theft that a guest causes to the property, they will be held responsible and require to reimburse Exclusive Experience Club up to the amount of the damage. In such case, Exclusive Experience Club will sent an invoice that must be paid within 14 days upon reception.
It is the guests’ responsibility to ensure that they have the correct visas and other appropriate travel documents for entry into Portugal. All costs incurred in obtaining such documentation must be paid by the guest. We regret we cannot accept any liability if the guests are refused entry onto any transport or into the country due to failure on their part to carry all required documentation. If failure to have any necessary travel or other documents result in fines, surcharges or other financial penalty or expenses being imposed on or incurred by us, guests will be responsible for reimbursing accordingly.
Accidents, injuries or death
It is strongly recommended that you have a valid travel insurance that covers your loss for unforeseen circumstances or accidents; such as illness, family emergencies or other situations that may affect your travel plans.
Exclusive Experience Club can not be held responsible in case of injuries, accident or death. Any injuries, accidents or death that occur during the stay at Exclusive Experience Club has to be covered by the guest’s personal insurance or expenses.
Conduct During the Stay
All guests in Exclusive Experience Club, including invitees’ guests, must be approved by the Exclusive Experience Club team through advance registration. We reserve the right to remove visitors who do not comply with the proper registration.
Aiding in gaining an unauthorized person access to the house is grounds for removal.
You must not defame, abuse, harass, harm or threaten others, make any bigoted, hateful, or racially offensive statements during your stay at Exclusive Experience Club. You may not advocate illegal activity or discuss illegal activities with the intent to commit them or cause injury or property damage to any person. Exclusive Experience Club reserves the right to refuse to further accommodate hosts behaving irresponsibly and contractual obligations will be terminated.
Requesting a Quote for a Team Retreat
After filling the web form or sending us an email, we will reply with the quote for your team retreat. Requesting a quote is completely free and has no strings attached. If the customer decides to accept the quote, we send additional information and start planning the trip to Exclusive Experience Club .
Reaching Exclusive Experience Club
During the booking process, we provide recommendation for the best timing to reach Exclusive Experience Club by public transportation the same day as indicated in the booking confirmation. Exclusive Experience Club can not be held responsible for missed flights, public transportation deficiencies or hotel stay expenses because of a missed connection.
Your permission to use the Site is conditioned upon the following use, posting and conduct restrictions:
You agree that you will not under any circumstance:
